Adjustment
Had an appointment today for a chiropractic treatment. I had purchased a groupon for that and a massage. Not surprisingly the doctor said he thought he could help me feel better. My insurance pays for all but the $40 copay and includes a massage so I am inclined to go for it. The masseuse worked on my sore shoulder(rotator cuff) and really dug in there. I think it did some good. I will not be at cc this week because I have a dinner to attend from Bill’s small church group. My “mountain in the way back is about head high now. I used my flowtron leaf eater to shred about ten bags of leaves so thay will decompose better by spring. I plan to plant my hills with lots of butternut squash. The vines take up lots of room so having this area will be a good thing.

I also meant to mention to you Susan that Dave read and I am half way through the book you recommended…The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. It is fascinating!

I am revving up for a massage as well, will try to see if I can use our medical savings account to pay for it.
This week is iffy for me as well, with Taylor convalescing. He can’t drive all week, and there is some running around of the girls to do while Melissa is at work.

It’s the week for chiropractors ... someone in one of my exercise classes said she went to several doctors and tried acupuncture to help her back/shoulder and this guy was the only one whom she felt helped. So… I have an appointment with a Dr. Ryan VanMeter.
I saw Jane Fonda on the Today Show… she admits to having plastic surgery even though she isn’t proud of it because she wants to look as good as she feels - same reason I have my hair colored!
