Enough
We had our rain ... I’m happy - now about some sun! I have cooked dinner every night this week and frozen leftovers for us, Rachel, and Aunt Gloria. I guess I could still use a rainy day to clean the family room and bathrooms but ...
And speaking of enough ... Heartland Film Festival has extended it’s days and movies. It is almost overwhelming to try and read all of the movies. They have also changed the way to obtain tickets - you can buy the actual ticket ahead of time now. http://heartland.bside.com/2009/films;jsessionid=113B8F590C65137950174B3499527726
Dave has pushed our Hawaii trip back a day - from Tuesday to Wednesday - work conflict. Who wants to take bets that we won’t be going? I am planning on flying to Akron next week to see my dad so if I am not at CC that is why.

We went there on a field trip when I was homeschooling—definitely worth the trip, but in good weather. Our tour guides even sang “Back Home Again in Indiana”!

We didn’t go…my idea is to reschedule for a late spring or summertime trip.
And it looks like we may have to postpone Stuckey Farm trip also - radar shows more rain headed this way.

I still haven’t had a chance to check out Heartland, but plan to. I’m working today and preparing for Yom Kipper, tomorrow, (the dinner). I don’t know if any of you care but the Fever are one and one so tonight’s game tells the tale, if they advance to the finals or fall, once again, to Detroit!! Elliott enjoyed subbing for the music Dept., at NC, yesterday. They sang songs from DAmn Yankees and 16 tons! Bobby also subbed for NC. He was in the Special Ed department and enjoyed it! So far Elliott is proving me wrong and I have to say I’m happy about it! Carol Thanks for sending me the picture link. I will check thast out soon!

Hawaii isn’t going anywhere - and anytime is a good time to make the trip! But I do hope it will still work out to go as planned!
If the weather is decent tomorrow, Gloria and I are headed up to Rome City, Indiana to the Gene Stratton Porter home, Limberlost. Too far a drive to make if we can’t walk the grounds and enjoy the outside as well as the inside of her home.
