Happy Thanksgiving
Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving with much bounty of family, food and togetherness! We will be 9 altogether, our whole bunch plus one more - our nephew Glen (Brian’s son) is driving down from Madison, WI to join us. It will be the first time for Matthew to meet his cousin. Steve is driving back from Minnesota today, and I know he will have some readjusting to do.
Wishing you all many blessings and safe travels!

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Rachel’s dog has been sick all week, ended up at the vet and will badly be in need of a bath when she gets here but we can’t take her until Friday. And then we will drop off Rachel’s car to have the nail taken out and the tire patched - she is driving home with the nail in. Then to the Y for an hour and a half of turkey burn boot camp, pick up the dog, car, and Aunt Gloria - go to Steinmart, eat, play scrabble, take Aunt Gloria home - and then collapse!
I made 3 pies today had enough for 2 pumpkin- the pumpkin from scratch! Also made the wild rice side dish.

Our Thanksgiving was ok. The boys were not with us, just Cory. It was Elliott’s family and we went to the Buffet in Carmel. I would love to go to Munster, for Thanksgiving, but I usually go fro the Jewish Holidays so I have to be here for some holiday.

So much to be grateful for… especially good friends and good health. We are going to friend’s house and blending in with a family of 16.
