How was Thursday night CC?

Sorry I wasn’t there.Any News?? Matt has been here, on and of, since Wed. night. He had two Basketball games in Ill so he was going back and forth. He is with us all dat to day and will watch the big game with us. I really enjoyed SB village and Experience, Tuesday. Now I’m enjoying the activities on TV, I had time for movies, this weekend, since Elliott was DT and I refused to be alone with 100, 000 people DT. I saw the Artist, The Big Miracle and One for the Money. The Artist I Recommend highly. It is definitely Oscar Worthy!!

We had a nice CC last Thursday, which is now too long ago for me to remember any specific news that was shared - haha!

But, this just in - Delaney fainted (and then vomited!)this morning in her Biology class while dissecting a cow’s eyeball. She is home now, and feeling better.  Thankfully she didn’t hit her head.  I hope that her teacher will have her sit on a chair if they do any more dissections.  Seems a bit extreme for 7th grade Biology - we didn’t do any dissections till 10th grade and then it was just a frog!

It would appear that kids are doing everything earlier than we did…

She will certainly remember her first dissection!

Tree people are gone - I guess this summer I will be working on the lawn in those areas…

Handyman is here - he’ll be finished Thur or Frid.  I sure hope I like the color.  I am not getting positive vibes from him about it - he thinks it is too dark.  You guys thought is was okay right?  Not to late - he hasn’t started the wall yet…

It seemed like a color that made a real statement - not wimpy, but very rich and inviting.  Plus, if you (and Dave) like it, then to heck with the painter.  He probably has all of his walls painted off-white.

Carol, you always seem to know what to say, and I always seem to agree with you!  Go for it, Maureen!

I knew I could count on CC for support… and an honest opinion - so when you see the finished work if it looks bad… I can paint it in a few years…

I also don’t remeber dissecting anything that tought in seventh grade. I’m glad Delaney is feeling better. It was so nice having Matt home and watching the Super Bowl with us. The three of us just stayed home and I made some Chili. It’s too bad Jen, Bobby and Rachel couldn’t be with us.

I should have an ER meeting of CC to show off the kitchen… he has the first coat on and it looks exactly as Carol said… rich and inviting and warm!

I knew it!  Will he be done by Monday night? Suppose we could have a rare session that night to see your results…  Maybe your kitchen will be my inspiration to re-do the living room walls and furniture!
