Our day in Amsterdam
Am getting a little behind on the pics. We left Netherland on Sunday and drove to Brussels - spent two days with Steve’s work friend Hans, and family and friends. Left Brussels this a.m. (it is a miracle - our second one this trip - that we found our way out of that city!!!!) and drove aboaut 7 hours here to Hannover, Germany to spend the night. Tomorrow we drive the rest of the way to Copenhagen, turn in the car and fly on Fri to Bergen, Norway.

We are not meeting at Barb Green’s until sept 2. Right? Carol if I am correct can you change the home page.
I am painting my new island a bright red. After FIVE coats the color is finally true to the chip. Until then the undercoloer looked pinkish. And this is after two primer coats.

I offered my house on the second but I’ll see if Barb would prefer to take her time. Carol, I am really enjoying your pictures and can’t get enough of them.

Love the canals. Your photo of the hairdo reminded me of my mom except she took photos of the dogs she saw and pet. I think I know why you see so many different shoes for sale: no can afford to buy them at $200 a pair.
