Season’s Greetings!

Happy to hear of good Chanukah celebrations….made more special with the little ones around!

We are enjoying Matthew and Davie here ~ they’ll fly back to Florida on January 1.  We are all going to Beef and Boards for NY Eve!  This afternoon we all go to 4 pm church, then back here to eat a light supper.  Tomorrow morning Taylor, Kelly and girls will be over around 11 to open gifts and have a little brunch.  Then later in the afternoon we’ll have a Christmas feast!

So, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!  See you soon, hopefully!

so Bill was doing great and then he twisted his back and is once again in agony. In spite of this we had a lovely Christmas eve with our “tradition” of a meal of appetizers…mostly Trader Joe’s plus a kiwi salsa that I made.  Everyone had something they couldn’t eat…allergies to walnuts…allergies to raw tomatoes…two vegetarians couldn’t eat meatballs and Shana hates mushrooms. Actually kind of funny. The girls got us a google home but it refuses to recognize my voice. Aargh. I treat the girls for mani/pedis this afternoon. I miss Raven.

Susan, happiness along with frustration and sadness… I love that your girls are around and you can enjoy a spa time!  But sorry for Bill’s predicament…  Raven ~ I had only this morning been thinking of the beautiful photo book that Kara had made of the time Raven spent with you all.  And now you mention her here…  I can’t imagine the hollow feeling at the loss of her in your life.  Hoping that another little one will come along to take part in your life…

Have fun today!
