Weekend Reports
I guess 10 posts is our limit so I thought I’d give everyone a place to post activities from their weekend activities. We are headed out to the murder mystery dinner for Dave’s office party. I shouldn’t be hungry as I was hungry after swimming so I came home and ate a snack which turned into dinner…
Sounds as if everyone is getting the end of the year doctor appointments in… Kate? Carol Fay? Barb? Susan - the dr. cracked my neck also… what does that have to do with my shoulder blade or your rotator cuff?

My ENT Dr. thinks my problem is TMJ related (besides allergies). He said my left side opens wider than my right side when I open my moth. I need to go to the dentist and have on of those guards mae ( the one many people put in their mouth when they go to sleep so the teeth and jaw stay more aligned.

Bill and I went to a dinner party followed by watching a recording of the IU basketball game (we did not know the outcome). This is actually a time efficient way to watch the game…speed through the commercials and timeouts. Although none of us were huge IU fans prior to the game we might all be now. WOW The game was awesome and of course the final winning shot was unbelievable.

Yes, even in Iowa we saw the end of that game. and the end of the Broncos/Bears game! We are home for a week, then off to Florida for a Christmas spa vacation with Amy to return on Christmas Day.

Sooo…to answer questions. No time for the doctor. The General and wife went to their cabin in upstate NY for 2 weeks. Then they will travel to see friends and family for awhile. They are going to Brazil in January—I think he is meeting a contact there and he will be setting up consulting/speaking engagements in the USA. He will also spend a week with our nephew and nieces who are missionaries. I wonder how they will adjust to having to cook their own meals after having an aide do all that for years?

They don’t have to cook now a days… quite a variety of take outs - some that are even healthy!

So much to catch up on - are we meeting at CarolFay’s tomorrow night? Actually, I think I will pose that question in a separate and more eye-catching post!!

I think the idea with working on the neck is that all your parts are connected. There is a correlation with strokes following neck adjustment so I don’t think I will allow him to do that again. I found the experience to be alarming.
