Wasn’t this afternoon just gorgeous? I managed to dig around some but still have lots to do before winter, Bill and I did some grocery shopping and had free lunch browsing at Meijiers.

I took a walk with Honey. Besides that, Elliott and I were worn out and lazy so really didn’t take advantage of the great day. It felt good being lazy, inside, laying around and watching Halmark Christmas movies. Today I going to Granite City to celebrate a 60th birthday. We enjoy the brunch.

I passed my EKG stress test today. Given my health profile and family history and random chest pains it seemed like a good precaution. My blood pressure is so strange…106 /70 today and at the regular doc it went up to 150/94.

Someone I know took some sort of heart test - showed a 90% blockage… went in for a cath and to have a stentz put in - the artery was clear. She is thankful but at the same time a little ticked off that the test wasn’t accurate and she went through a lot of stress and anxiety before the cath!
